Is there any way to show more than 1 address per network protocol? The answer I'm looking for is NO

AFAIK, you're right. But...like a true pinhead, I loaned out my book that has the definitive answer.

Well, ALMOST no. If you have multiple connections between 2 routers (perhaps 2 redundant ethernet segments connecting core routers), you'll see multiple entries in the show cdp neigh information, and could learn 2 addresses. AFAIK, you can only get 1 network address per protocol (the point of your question) *per connected interface* (the point of my rambling).
