I keep seeing the default update time and holddown for different protocols but I haven't found the information all in one place. So I made a small table to keep it in my head. I would like to show this table and ask if I have everything correct here. And if I should include anything I have forgotten.

IP RIP Update every 30 secs Holddown 180 secs
IGRP Update every 90 secs Holddown 280 secs
IPX RIP Update every 60 secs ?
SAP Update every 60 secs ?
CPD Update every 60 secs Holddown 180 secs

I tried using tabs and then using spaces but I can't seem to get the table to line up like good tables should before I go to work.
