What can I expect on the CCNA 2.0 exam topic wise?
|
|
|
| I am taking my CCNA 2.0 exam on october 13th (friday the 13th of course, I am feeling brave I suppose!) Anyway, I have been studying for some time, but I wanted to know what specific topics I should go over, also does anyone remember what percentage of questions are in each categories (Vlan, protocols, commands....etc)? Thanks for any help, and advice is most definatley welcome. | |

| Bridging/Switching
OSI Reference Model and Layered Communications
Network Protocols
Routing
WAN Protocols
Network Management
LAN Design
Cisco Basics, IOS and Network Basics
The above categories are on the test. Each test is a body of 65 questions taken from a huge pool. Each exam emphasizes different areas; mine focused on Bridging/Switching, and had a lot of questions on hubs and repeaters, of all things! For instance, one of the questions was: What networking device is the most common? A)Hub B) Router C)Repeater D) Bridge
I think the answer was Hub. At any rate, the point is that each exam has a specific slant. | |

| What IS the answer?! I would have said bridge....
