| I am currently looking to take my CCNA in a couple of weeks time. Am I missing something here? Having looked at a whole load of study notes and sites, I have found that apart from a few differences and of course the Cisco IOS, the pre-requisites are nearly the same as for Networking Essentials. Albeit in more depth.
I would advise anyone studying for the CCNA, to know the bog standard Net Essentials inside out.
Have logged into techmindworks.com and this is V Good. Also messed around within r1r2.com. There are lots of sites out there, and unlike MSoft, the Cisco site is a great reference point with lots of "how to's....."
Don't know if any of this is helpful, but if you're willing to put in some serious study even for a couple of weeks, you'll notice the difference!!
I work for a local college and they are a Cisco Acad. The online information is OK, but you can glean it all from other sites. Also, 4 semesters is an awful long time to get certified!!!
Cheers and health!
