| Congrats on passing Dan! I also found the exam to be not as easy or as difficult as I thought it would be. I was amazed, but pleased, at how many subnetting questions were on it. All in all, I thin the test did a good job of quizing all of the objectives. Todd's book and questions, the virtual lab, this website, and my previous experience were my sources of prepartion for this exam. I read through the book once for overall knowledge, then re-read each chapter. In order to fully committ to passing this exam and understanding all of the concepts, I took 3 weeks off of work and studied during the day, taking both of the practice exams and all of the chapter exams each day, to ensure I both understood the concept behind the questions and was also able to memorize some simple questions. Any way, I am on my way to completing my MCSE for Windows 2000 before I return to the wonderful world of Cisco. I will stay active on this board as I have enjoyed my time here and am appreciative for the spirit of cooperation that is present here. I would like to thank everyone that has helped clear up some of my questions. Good luck to all pursuing their goals in furthering their knowledge and experience!

| Congrats!
Nice job. Have you passed any of the Win 2000 tests? Are they harder than NT4 tests? | |
|
| I haven't taken any of the Win2k exams yet, but I will begin studying for the "Designing a Win2k Network Infrastructure" exam next (70-221). I took the 3 Windows NT 4.0 exams so I can qualify for the Accelrated exam. Aside from that, all of my electives will be from the Win2k track. Wish me luck. Congrats on you awesome score! | |
