| The general agreement is that the Todd Lammle book by Sybex is a solid book for the 507 test. He also has a router simulator for about $100, which is good if you don't have the money to set up a router lab at home. (Even on E-bay, used routers cost money.) Both are available at Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com.
Make sure to visit the Cisco web site to look at the exam objectives.
You might want to create test questions as you go through the book(s). It helps you concentrate on studying, and gives you a way to practice afterwards.

| Don't mean to step on any toes here but Bookpool.com has the best prices around.
e-trainer for $54, and personally I much prefer cisco press 507 book by Odom. Perhaps
go to a local bookstore and flip through both books to see what fits you, people have had success with both books. Good luck.
|
| Grr ... where were you two weeks ago when I bought the e-trainer? | |

| Sorry about that Crescent, there was another discount site mentioned here but don't remember it off hand. Also try Fatbrain.com competitive with bookpool prices and they often run specials. Good luck on your test, the way I look at it if you pass it wasn't a waste of money. | |
|
| I had a gift certificate, so technically it didn't cost me anything for the book or simulator, I just felt like grousing. | |
