| I feel confident with most of the material for CCNA 2.0 except for all the sh commands. Does anyone have a recommendation for remembering theseand what they're best used for? | |
|
| Sh is an abbreviation for the show command which displays the stats of the command entered after. If you have a router or router-sim type sh ? or show ? for a list of commands that can be entered. | |
|
| Most of the show commands are pretty self-explanatory, so they shouldn't take much memorization
show log
show clock
show ip route
show cdp neighbor
show version (this one's a bit trickier cuz it gives you more info then it sounds like it will)
the list goes on and on, but the point is that they basically do what you expect they will.
