| Anyone read the CCNA for dummies book? Any good to get you started? | |
| Very, very basic book. Enough to get your mouth watering. Read it first then find a more in-depth book such as Todd Lammle's study guide from Sybex. Try to get some hands-on experience. | |
| The "...for dummies" series is great as a first book to read for any complex subjects, but are a great first read. They are not enough, though...

| The "...for Dummies" are quality books, but like I stated earlier, they are very, very basic. I use them as quick reference books. Don't rely only on them to pass a test. | |
| You will not pass the CCNA with just the dummies book. It's ok for a preview and a last minute study aid but it does not have what you need to pass the test. |
