Author WARNING - Prometric Online Registration

2000-07-27, 2:05 am

WARNING:

I registered online with Prometric at www.2test.com for my 407 exam.

I just went to the site to confirm and the site has no confirmation information - even based on the confirmation I received after I registered.

The www.2test.com site now appears to be down as I can't get it to resolve. Can you?

Thanks,

I just called this morning and they tell me I am registered for the 507!

Once again, I have the confirmation printed out and offered to fax it to them, but no bother they say.

I'm not done with them, but it looks like I may have to take the 507.

Has anyone compared Lammle's 507 book with his 407 - is much of the 507 redundant with the 407 book?

Is there a new e-trainer out for 507?

Back to the phone instead of studying to try to get them to do what they scheduled me for..

Prometric's 1-800 for the Cisco exams has been mssed up all day. It took about 6 or 7 tries dialing into them... it just rang and rang. Then when I did get through no touchtone menu system, straight to the elevator music...

Got through to a live person today at 11:30 after waiting on the line for 20 minutes and managed to book my 407 for 1:30 PM today. I was shocked that I could get a slot so soon!

Rico, pester them... there is no reason why you should have to write 507 if the 407 hasn't expired yet.

Keep up the good fight my brother!

Thanks - I'm on hold as we speak.

Again, thanks for your concern.
