| does anyone know what the passing grade is
and what the pass/fail ratio is

| Neither Cisco or Microsoft (or any company that offers certs) to my knowledge give feed back on a pass/fail ratio. Once I even tried asking at the testing center but they wouldn't talk either.
The only exception to this is Cisco and the CCIE certification. They are pretty open, maybe even proud, to talk about an 80-90% first time failure rate of the CCIE lab exam.
