good for u two im trying my N+ then go for CCNA before they retire the exam this7/31/00
( is MCSE hard????? its not on my future list.... my goal is A+ ( I GOT IT!!!! )
NETWORK + ( i failed by two point ill try next time ) then go for CCNA before they retire the exam 640-407 on july 31,2000
( I m really going for the kill at CCNA it my ultimate goal.... )
maybe in the future MCSE but as of now I still has to o the N+ and CCNA

I've been out of the Philippines for almost 5 years. Just wondering, how popular are the certifications there right now? Which certifications? Here in Canada, you have to have both certification and experience to get a good pay.

AND CCNA only few knew about CISCO

I think you guys are doing an excellent job! I was there last april and wanted to take some novell tests at the Manila New Horizons but decided to enjoy my stay there rather than study...
Is there a job market for IT people in the PI? just curious. When I was there there were a lot of Internet cafes and stuff.. but they all seemed pretty low budget... who are the big players there?

hows life in canada i hear a lot about ur place but no intention of going there all my sis brod r in california so i might be there too w/ in 2 year unless biz here took turn to good my it studies r just for " JUST IN CASE..... BACKUP" if i have really have to disappear n get out of here good luck on ur CCNA ( i heards its GOLD in CLINTONS TURF how about your place whats the demand

well the it job i really dont know my mindset is already in california so i have no idea of the IT job market
about the it cafe in manila it oversaturated n the fees are cut throat i almost coventure w/ a guy so that i can get experience in the IT industry but study shows better to go out n waste my money in food n girl n booze coz i might just throw away my investment to the drain if i go w/ the plan to open a it cafe
but i heard in the province its still a young growing industry n profit is good but really im a manila boy no idea about going to do biz at the province

i hope i can get the NET+ after holyweek so that i can concentrate on CCNA coz all my study material r for the 640-407 do u guy think the new exam r the same just new packaGING W/ THe same content / items
just new test nos. new books new video new CBT new studying material ( r they making biz out of certificatiobn exam....
coz its a little bit hard on the pocket unless somebody or ur company work is footing the test fee like me i have to get it from my own mahjong money ( bawas sa bisyo!!!!)

| Hi 888, hindi ako tourist. I'm here in HK with my family working in IT for almost 8 years na. Before I handle Mainframe but now I'm shifting to PC/Networking, thats why I took MCSE, and now preparing for CCNA. Good luck to everybody. |
