Hi,

Are the review questions similar to the actual exam on Todd's CCNA book? Thanks in advance.

The review questions test your knowledge of the concepts, the exam in most cases tries to test the application of this knowledge - relating theory to real world applications. The review questions in Sybex are good, you build your foundation from there.
