Author query about ATM.....

hi,

Can someone help mi wif this.....

1)Is ATM used as a WAN Technology?

2)Is there gigabit switch?

3) 5 Stackable Hub - 1 or 5 collision domain?
- 1 Broadcast domain?

Pls advice.

Yes ATM is a WAN technology, it is very versatile in that it can handle many different media types (VODSL, video stremaing, frame relay, etc). Sorry, I don't know about the others

ATM is both a WAN and a LAN technology.
Yes, there is such a thing as a Gigabit switch.
5 stacked hubs are a single collision domain and a single broadcast domain. A hub does not break up your collision or broadcast domains no matter how many of them you have.
