On one oh the practice tests from Todd, it says that to copy the IOS to a TFTP you must use the command copy run tftf.

Is this true? It would seem that copy flash tftp be the correct answer.

also, the book states that standard access lists should be closest to the destination and extended should be closest to source, yet contradicts himself in the practice test. Which is correct?

When copying the IOS to a TFTP I would expect the command copy flash tftp, so I agree with you on that.
