If the Network+ exam does have questions that require more than one answer, will it actually state how many you need to select?

Example:

Select all prime numbers...

A. 7
B. 3
C. 8
D. 9

Select 2 answers

Or does it just give you the choices and you have to find out how many actually do apply to the question?
