| 1. 73%
2. One
3. ~ $180
4. Network utilities, types of Internet servers, HTML (basic), server side vs client side scripting, copyrights, e-Commerce, etc.
5. More e-Commerce oriented and no LAN or OSI stuff on it. Overlap is about 25%.
One of the easiest tests that I have ever taken.

Its not too hard to pick up Alex. A good i-Net+ book or other source reference will cover the basics for you, which is really all the i-Net+ is geared toward. Broad coverage of Internet basics like e-commerce, basic networking and basic HTML coding.
E-biz+ will cover e-commerce concepts in more detail as well as the various transaction technologies used in them.

| I used David Groth's i-Net+ Study Guide, studied for a week, made an 87% . . . trust me, it's not that hard. | |

| Sorry, I'm not sure about that one, as I have never used Transcenders before. The book came with a disc that had a lot of the questions similar to the ones on the test. If you know your Network+ material, then you have about one quarter of the test. Apart from that, know basic E-Commerce concepts . . . push vs. pull technologies, what a copyright and copyleft is, stuff like that. Know the different scripting languages used on the web and wehre they are used at . . . you don't need to know how to code in them, just what they are generally designed to do, and where they run (server side or client side). | |
