what is the current encryption strenght that US allows to export? Is it 128-bit or still 40-bit? Are there any sites that I can follow to learn the new regulations and stuff like that?

no matter what it is in the US today, the answer to the commonly seen question about exporting browsers is something about "munitions grade" right?
