Hello everyone I just passed net+! And I was thinking of taking i-net+. I have a few questions.
1. What is the best book
2. How long do most study for this exam
3. What is the best practice test.

I love any help thanks

Because you took the net+ exam. I would say the inet exam cram is enough. http://tmqbase.com/ helped me a lot.

I used:

1) David Groth's book.
2) Studied less than a week
3) Used www.ds-technical.com
4) Passed with an 87 in less than 10 minutes.

My suggestion:

1) Read the "i-Net+ Cram Sheet" on this site. Alot of questions on the exam are listed on that cram sheet.

2) If you want get the Exam Cram.

You will not have to do anything else. The Network+ exam is more difficult than the i-Net+. Honestly, after passing the Net+ just reviewing what is available online should be enough to get you through without having to purchase any book.

Best of success!

I did not take the test yet ( very soon )
but I do agree with bencher that inet exam cram is a good book.

use David Groth's book.
that's all you need, and also check out the crams found on this website: http://www.examnotes.net/inetplus/cramsheet.shtml

goodluck.

Congratulations, Stacy! We all knew you could do it. I would suggest Exam Cram too. You have shown that you have the knowledge to pass Net+, and with that fresh in your mind, you should just need a little more to pass iNet. Good luck!

1) i-Net Exam Notes by Sybex (David Groth)

2) Study Guide here and at cramsession.com

3) Pick an online test -- cert21, testfree, etc.

4) A good HTML -- Intro programming book. You can pass without this step but you aren't really 'learning' anything...

Good Luck!

SasiSan,

At testfree, are you talking about the CIW foundations exam? I don't see an I-Net+ test. Is the material covered the same??

I just attacked this thing at 1:00pm today and at 1:30 I emerged victourious. STUDY AGGRESSIVELY, STUDY VISCOUSLY, STUDY LIKE THERE IS KNOW TOMORROW. You just passed your Network+ Exam dont take a break dont rest, go right into this exam with a vengence and pass you can do it.

Sorry -- you are right -- test free is one of the rare that only have Foundations... Spending too much time between the two forums. One of these days I am going to compile a list for everyone on the references listed here so often
