| Got 90%. I did not buy any book, rather only used : http://www.examnotes.net/inetplus/cramsheet.shtml and few free practice tests plus my recent prep of Network+ exam.
The above link will probably help you will pass the test. However, be careful this cram sheet has more than few incorrect answers.
I agree with Gohar "it was no piece of cake." I expected to score more than what I scored in Network+ but I did not.
Yes, the infamous CSS questions was there. I selected Cascading Style Sheets but my answer was not appreciated.
Now, I will focus fully on CCNA and 70-210.
Thanks

| Congratulations on the pass. Although I found the exam easy, I notice that it's not what a lot of people expect. Lots (including me) seem to score much lower than they were hoping. Anyway, good luck on the Cisco stuff. | |

| What errors did you find on the cram sheet? | |

| Congratulations!!!
That is a great score for a test you deemed not easy... You must have high expectations for yourself!!! It definately is an easier test for those with Network+. Can you imagine those that have to learn all that stuff and the internet stuff. That is a FUN test!
Good Luck on the next one...

| Way to go Adil. Congratulations!!!
I just nailed Net+. How much time between the Net+ and i-Net+ did you allow for study?
|
| I only had a week between the two tests. If you have just done your Net+, I'd advise you to try to get the i-Net+ as soon as possible -- there is so much overlap, that passing the Net+ almost guarantees that you'll get a 70% on the i-Net+ . . . with a little extra study, you'll be able to pass it easily since the Net+ info is till fresh in your head. | |

| I'm moving full steam ahead for the i-Net+. I hope to be ready in no more than 2 weeks tops. I'm going to start preparing tomorrow. | |

I gave about 7 days 4hr / day. Randy is right, if you start now you while you still remember all the protocol and OSI model you will easily pass exam. Getting 75% is not difficult because there is no scenario or switches question. Most questions are to select one answer rather than "Check all".
Well, now I am gonna say some thing that can make lot of people mad at me (because I have already passed the exam). But I like to get it off my chest now.
Is everyone ready for this?
Ok, my experience with i-NET is that it is tooooo easy. If Comptia wants people to give any respect to i-NET, it will have to either make the test difficult or make the passing score at least equal to Network+ exam i.e 82%.
Frankly, $190 is too much fee for this exam because you can easily finish the test in half the alocated time. Whereas in Network+ you can be occupied untill the last second.
That's all I had to say.
I am counting on atleast Randy to vote in my favor.

| I agree with you. So much of the test was a Net+ repeat and lots of the other questions were no-brainers that you should know by just being familiar with the i-Net+. The only place where I had probs were the security and e-commerce questions because I had not had much knowledge of those areas, but most of it is pretty straightforward. But it was an exteemely easy test in my opinion. All it takes is a slight bit of preparation in comparison with the A+ or Net+, although I wouldn't belabour this point too much . . . if someone decides it might be as easy as I thought it, they may not take the time to study properly . . . so even though I found it an easy pass, I caution those who are about to sit for it to study hard . . . 175 bucks is not something you want to gamble with! |
