So what was everyones raises when they passed Inet+... otherwise why was it taken (hopefully not for the god awful sake of adding those silly certs to the end of your name)? Just curious, as I haven't heard people shouting out how much it has valued them in reality.

Well seems I don't have paid employment in the industry it sure can't give me a pay rise. But, it can give recognition and confirmation of what I have spent considerable time learning and putting into practise (and this goes for any exam I might study for), be that by a prospective employee or even just myself.
