| I just wanted to know how you figure the download time of files. An example is a 100K file at 128Kbps. The only formula I have found is file size divided by bandwith, which equals download time. If I do this, 100/128 it equals 6.25. The answers to the question are 1, 8, 10, and 17. Is there a conversion I am missing or what? If you can clarify please help. Thanks alot! | |

ok to figure this out you devide the speed of your device which in this case = 128/8
then the ans you get devide it by the size of the page which is 128/8=whatever then deivided by 100.
i will give you the ans later

| Hmmmmm
When I divide 100 by 128 I get .78, which I would round up to 1.

| You gotta use the right units, Pav. One is in Kilobytes, the other in Kilobits. Do the conversions first. | |
|
| I believe it is
(100 X 8)/128=6.25
I remember from the exams that the questions were looking for the closest answer.
