I will be testing this coming Monday morning. I am using Exam Cram and Troytech. Try as many Practice test (free from the Internet) as I can! I think I am ready for it.

I get a bonus next week (quarterly production incentive) and voucher in hand. I have 100% tuition reimbursment but I still have to come up with the exam fee until I pass. I was going to take it in April but I've been terminating fiber all summer. My voucher expires at year end so I'll knock it out. Then on to more fiber certs, Cisco and maybe MCSA...

Is subnetting on the test? I would think no because it isn't on comptias Objectives.

subnet masking is about as deep as it gets. Be able to identify which class the mask belongs to.

Learn Subnetting now. It takes time to get it all in anyway, so the more you look at it the better.

Hey Stacy,

I am scheduled to take my exam this Sunday. I had originally read the Osborne Study Guide Book, the Exam Cram Book, I have the Transcenders I will use today a long with the Troy Tech Study Guide which is most likely outdated seeing I did not get it updated months ago like I should of done.

Just feeling horrible seeing I am not working and nothing looks promising so I will probably try UPS or something for seasonal work till the US "recession" is over.

If I pass the i-Net+ exam, I will then go back to upgrading my MCSE for Windows 2000.

I'm using the Sybex Study Guide and Exam Drill. I loved it for Net+ so I grabbed it for i-Net+ too. I also have the i-Net+ Certification Study System books by IDG Books.

I have seriously procrastinated studying for this exam. I'm trying to get back on track now that things at work are caught up and slowing down a bit.

Anyone here used Exam Drill?????

I've got toget on it for studing for this test! I feel like I've got a good handle as to what I need to review. I just got to get a move on it. Anyone else feel like they are moving to slow on this test?

I am dragging my feet right along side of you Stacy. I have 2 more chapters to finish in the Sybex book and I've been thinking about this certification since June/July. Wanted to to this one right on the heels of Net+, but then a little thing called "my job" got in the way.

Good luck on the 10th, Supertech.

tomorrow will be the day of my exam.
I only read the exam notes (Sybex) and did some tests online. It's pretty the same as CIW-A, so you can try these books and tests too. Good luck to you all (including myself )

maybe this is even better, search the internet on practice tests (or ask me), they are like the real exam. After learning (of course it's important to know what you're talking about!) you try a test, by this you can measure your chance.

Just passed on Monday w/ 93. Primarily used the Exam Cram. A little over 1/3 of test was networking. Got 19/19 on those. As always, don't rely on the answers you get from braindumps, on-line questions, etc. Double-check yourself. Avoid the All-in-One i-Net+ guide. Is useless. Don't overstudy. Isn't that difficult of a test.
