Author Help with encryption

Recently came across a question that was asking for FOUR models of encryption. But I am only aware of three: symmetric, asymmetric and one-way encryption. What could possibly a fourth one be. This question actually came from an e-commerce test, but it could appear on i-net as well.
Can someone help, please?
