Author Passed with 90% !!!

Whew! It's over!

Used the Sybex book, and numerous Cram notes and test exams on the internet. Spent around 2 months in the Sybex book front to back as part of a Web class.

Watch out for the accuracy of some of these practice tests on the internet, as they could throw you off, unless you can lock it in your mind as to which Q/A's are wrong in them. They are worthwhile to use as a means to study topics or get in depth on topics that you wouldn't normally have.

Suggestions to newcomers of the test. Get more than one book, Sybex tends to cover technical aspects of the internet, and the test asked questions that went beyond that.

I found myself faced with about 10-15 questions I had to use deductive reasoning on, because they weren't covered in anything I came across.

Another thing, learn things from both directions. Some of the questions are vagely worded, which means you don't really get enough details, and a couple of answers could be right, even though they are looking for one specific answer.

The stuff that is out there is pretty good, including Sybex's book, you should be able to make the 73% at least, although if you are like me, I was shooting for a 100%, which requires a diligent search for more info in other sources.

Good Luck!
