Something to look at.........
Global Knowledge - has a free seminar and then they send you a 25% discount coupon on the i-net+ test.
Found by accident and have no relationship to them, just thought I would inform those that might be interested...

try this link but not sure if it will work,
Global Knowledge direct link(http://db.globalknowledge.com/idlseminars/index.asp?code=IDSIP-1)

if not go to Global knowledge Seminar Page(http://db.globalknowledge.com/idlseminars/)
and it is the one on Aug 23 - Get i-net+ certified... Here is the description I found -
August 23 at 11:00 AM EDT:
"Your Gateway to an Internet Career - Get i-Net+ certified!" will cover i-Net+ certification, which targets any individuals interested in demonstrating the baseline of technical knowledge that would allow them to pursue a variety of Internet-related careers. Learning objectives and domains examined will include Internet Basics, Internet Clients, Development, Networking, Security and Business Concepts. Register now to participate in live web seminar which presented by Mr. Jonathan Thatcher from Novell and receive 25% discount coupons to take i-Net+ test.

well good luck......and hope it helps some of you.

If you are taking the test with Sylvan, you can also use promotion code ACNICP,exp 4/2001. It is worth 25% off, too. No one asked to actually see my coupon, and no where on the coupon does it stipulate that you must already hold any CompTIA certs. This came in the mail to my husband when he passed his A+.

I got the same coupon in the mail for passing th A+ last month. Took 3 weeks to get to me, so it was a good thing I didn't test so fast on the I-Net+...Anyway, I paid $131.75 or close to that after the discount. Man, these things can get expensive. That's A+, Net+, and I-Net+ all in one month! Not bad ehhh? I guy has to do what he has to do to survive amongst the wolves ya know! Well, keep the peace and remember...
Image is one thing, Certification and a college degree is everything else!
