Hello!

Just passed I-Net+ and aiming at CIW. So here is the question for the webmaster.:-) Are you planning to add a section for CIW? I and many other people are waiting for this. We will co-operate with you if you need any type of help. Anyway, I will also search for the CIW Material, Study Guides and other things and will try to submit some output from all these thing in the form of a summary.

BTW Guys, why are you so quiet? I see no new messages are posted yet.

Thanks and Bye!

Bilal Iqbal.

I am also considering the CIW and would love to see some CIW info included. I am hoping to take my i-net+ exam in the next couple weeks and then move on to CIW or an NT MCP.

In mid Aprile I'll be in a 5 day class in St. Louis for the CIW Site Designer. So I should have some info for the board after that.

I was considering including some info about CIW. There are so many different tracks and exams in CIW; it will take a long time to include them all.

The other thing is that I'm not sure how popular this certification is going to be.
I would not want to invest lots of time into building the CIW info site (and believe me, it takes a lot of time to put together a decent site) if only a couple of people will be seeing it.

If anyone has any kind of info, please email it to me webmaster@examnotes.net

Right now, I must first finish the CCNA section, and then maybe I will start putting together the CIW section of the site.

For now, how many people would like to see a CIW forum added?

Here is the vote #1 by me for a CIW Section to be included in ExamNotes website.:-) If anything I can do for you in developing this site please let me know.

Thanks and Bye!

Anyone have any idea how the CIW certs are going to shake out vs. the CWP certs being offered by IWA?

Basically they both offer the same tracks, same test objectives and they are both endorsing each other. So my questions are, is there a difference in content? And, which cert will be accepted as the 'real one' and which will be the 'other' one?

Has anyone seen how this looks to be shaking out?

Looks like we have 3 votes.

I am actually considering having a CIW section on this site. Maybe in about a month or two.

Any info will be appreciated. Email it to webmaster@examnotes.net

And another. I'd be interested in learning more. Is this certification worth much yet?

I'm taking the i-net+ in Mid-April and plan to use it as the foundations requirement for the CIW. I'd love to see a section here devoted to that certification. I'd also be happy to contribute in any way I can ...

I'm A+, Network+, I-Net+ & NCIP (Novell Internet Business Strategist) and I think that Novell, Comptia and CIW Certifications complement each other, but the problem with this independent certifications is that they are not up to date, I mean A+ don't even test Windows 98 or Linux (well not jet), in the same way Novell NCIP is based in Netscape 4.04.

I would like to see more up to date idenpendent certifications about Internet.

Yes, CIW all the way. INET+ is now acceptable instead of the foundations class. The new version 4 (very important! V4) series of exams should launch them as a reputable leader.

Another vote for CIW info!

Another vote from me! I am very interest in CIW and will take the I-Net+ to gain and enhance my foundation knowledge.

One problem with the CIW is that there are little/no reading material/training for foreigner like me.

Please set up as much resources/study guide/cramsession to help us acquire various CIW certs. Many thanks in advance.

Hi! Here is an advice for you people. ExamNotes.Net has just started a survey regarding the Certification Study Guides which should be included on their website. So the people who want to see the CIW contents on this webpage, please kindly vote for CIW Certification on the Quizlet available at: http://www.examnotes.net.

Thanks and Bye!

Yes Please !!!!!!!
Another HOOOOOOOOOOOOJ thumbs-up for including some more details on CIW.

An excellent and relevant idea since most i-Net+ students may go onto the CIW and will have already earned 1 credit(CIW Foundations), just by passing their i-Net+.
