| I went through all the dumps, few questions:
1.The protocol used to send text and binary files is that not SMTP, It seems they want to know what is used to send e-mail.
2.I know a bridge is used for connecting dissimilar networks, but the question states internetwork, will a bridge still do the job?
3.The backbone for internet some say ATM some say T3, I will take ATM if you ask me?
4.Least secure connection, everybody chose internet, but in fact it should be extranet because it uses the internet for the network. The cramsession states that aswell.
5.ISP serving 100 dial-up users, I see most choises include 56KB, I think it should be T1
Here in South Africa we use E1 similar to T1?
6.TCP utilities that look the same, can anyone help? they don't look the same to me.
7.What improves the network performance? The million dollar question! ALL
8.What is the fastest video card mode? I know you should use 8 bit so that most PC's will be able to see the graphics, but the fastest?
9.EDI best for what documents?
10.What does MS prefer for server script ASP or VBScript, I see alot of ASP?
11.Acces to a FTP site most choices were answer B, but I would go for answer C, username  assword@thesite
I would appreciate it if you can help, the others I think I know, still a lot of wrong answers especially the dumps with the 70+ dumps. Our currency is so bad here I can't afford not to pass. | |

FTP is used to send text and binary files.

I think the answer should be a Gateway or Router.

I would say internet. An extranet does use the internet, but at least you have to have access to it, right?

I would say a T1. I wouldn't dare try to serve 100 dial-up users with 56K connection.

I think that question was the one asking about which two TCP utilities worked the same way. The answers are PING and TRACERT (traceroute on unix).

As a web designer, 8-bit graphics will be supported on just about everybody's computer, mind the Lynx users. That question is really worded bad. I really don't think it matters how fast the video card displays the image. 8-bit, 16-bit, 24-bit, 32-bit, I really don't see how it matters. But I'm pretty sure the question was meant to say "What color depth is best to use for web graphics?".
