Which of the following name resolution methods are dymanic?

very good question. Up to now, the answer would have been that only WINS was dynamic. But with the advent of Win2K, and DDNS -- Dynamic DNS -- now DNS is to be added to the list.
Considering that this is a CompTIA question, I would say that the test answer is WINS only

Thanks for the answer Freak. I guess I lucked out on the net+ test by not having to answer that one. I thought DNS was dynamic too.

I guess you never had to enter DNS records by hand then! Lucky you It can be pretty long when you have a bog UNIX or TCP/IP environment...
I am PUMPED about the new DDNS
