NETWORK+ or I-NET+

| I'm a web developer wanting to take the I-NET+, but should I take the Network+ before this or does it not matter which one comes first. Opinions please!

| My college had the same problem at the start of the year. We were suppose to do the two courses( i-Net+, Network+ ) but my college did'nt know which to do first. My college decided to do i-Net+ first and then after christmas do Network+. I don't know why they did it, maybe because it's easier !!

| The way i am doing it is , A+ Net+ then Inet+ as they all build on one another .Although I am having second thoughts about going for the Inet exam as i am doing Internet support as a job so most of the material i am learning already . Think the Inet+ exam prices are still too high , even with 25% off . Gonna start MCSE2000 instead .

| My suggestion is to take the Network+ first, and then take the I-Net+. I believe the Network+ gives a broad knowledge of terms and concepts of networking technology and the I-Net+ builds on the fact that you have this understanding.

| I agree, ComputerMan. About a third of the material in I-Net+ came straight from Net+. I would also do Net+ first, then would tackle I-Net+
