Any of you salty techs out there use PDAs, Pocket PCs, etc....to keep Useful Info, Online Info, etc.. Out in the Field to help you TroubleShoot...? Seems like that might be a useful tool out in the trenches. Just wondering what devices you might favor and what/how kinda info you keep available...
