| I was wondering if anyone else has had these problems. When installing the disk that came with the A+ certification book, it has to go through these 'steps' to make sure your system will be 'work' with their videos.
My problem arises because my system came installed with Windows media player 10, and if anyone here has ever tried will know, you can't uninstall, you can only rollback.
The software on the disk won't 'validate' my system because apparently I don't have the latest windows media player (which on the disk is 9.something). So I can't install their copy of windows media player, and I can't uninstall the one I have....
