Author Exam Voucher's Web Not Working?

I tried getting some vouchers advertised here in order to register for the OS exams but I have tried more than 10 times this afternoon to register, instead of proceeding to complete the transaction, it returns me back to the home page, after filling out my card information.. Any solution to this problem ? it's very frustrating !
