Hello, everyone:

How is everyone doing?

I was trying to take CCNA exam online. Everytime I clicked on the taking assessment, it popped up an message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library, Runtime Error!
Program C:\programfiles\internet explorer\iexplore.exe

It said abnormal program termination, there is a OK button.
Once I clicked the OK button, internet explorer closed out by itself.

I also get this error message when I go into different websites.

It is windows 98 second edition.

Does anyone knows why and how do I fix it?

Also i ran a spybot spyware 3 times, it picked dod exploit spyware everytime although it said it removed. why?
Ever since somthing got through to my computer, nothing seems to work correctly.

I ran spybot and adware but did not fix the problems. internet is always slow ever since.

Thanks a lot.

try ad aware and hijackthis and see what you get from them. They are usually the top of the line software, and free too!

Let us know how it goes.
