| If anyone out there has seen the dump from Ian, I have a few questions regarding the answers.
Q: 38 - 38. Since you added 7 BDCs to your network, network traffic due to domain synchronization has increased. This is slowing down your network. What should you do to remedy this problem?
A. Add more BDCs
B. Increase the value of the Pulse Concurrency settings
C. Increase the value of the Pulse setting
D. Change the Replicator Governor parameter

I feel D would be the answer
Q: 59 - 59. NT Server attached to Ethernet and Token ring network. Client computers on two networks are NT Workstation. Use NWLink IPX/SPX only. Want NT Server to act as an IPX router between the two networks. All clients need access to shared resources on both networks in network neighbourhood.
A. Install SAP agent. Configure internal network number for each network.
B. Install SAP agent. Install RIP for NWLink IPX/SPX compatible protocol.
C. Install RIP for NWLink IPX/SPX compatible protocol. Install file and print services for Netware.
D. Install RIP for NWLink IPX/SPX compatible protocol. Enable NetBIOS broadcast propagation.
Answer D (When you install RIP for NWLink the SAP agent is installed automatically. If you disable NetBIOS broadcast propagation and IPX is the only protocol installed. On this server and on clients connected to this server, then clients will not be able to communicate with servers on other networks. So you must enable NetBIOS broadcast propagation to "access shared resources on both networks")
I feel D would be the answer
Q: 77 - 77. Three domains : HQ, D1 and D2. You set it up this way : All user accounts will be in HQ. D1 and D2 trust HQ. Create a computer account for all users in D1 and D2. Assign Domain\Users global group in HQ domain permissions to a printer in D1. Assign Domain\Users global group in HQ permissions to a shared folder in D2. Which of the following will be true of your set-up?
A. Users can use a single account to access the whole domain
B. Any user can join D1 or D2 domain
C. Users in HQ can access printer in D1
D. Users in HQ can access share in D2

Q: 103 - 103. You log on from a computer in the MKTG domain to one in the CORP domain. The MKTG domain trusts the Corp Domain. Which resources can you access?
A. in MKTG, MKTG/DOMUSERS access
B. in CORP, CORP/DOMUSERS access
C. in CORP, CORP/DOMGUESTS access
D. in CORP, MKTG/DOMGUESTS access
Answer B (Notice the words "MKTG domain trusts the Corp" - this is the key to the question. Because of the TRUST, we now are assuming that there is a MASTER database with accounts. Because of this, the MKTG is logging on to the Master, in which they have an account. Ref: EXAM CRAM. With an account, you are not using the GUESTS, you are indeed logged into a valid account, therefore USERS would be correct.)
I feel C would be the answer, he goes on about assuming there is a master domain but they don't specifically say there is one.
Any help on this would be much appreciated, exam on the 11th !

Rule out option (d) if it refers to "Replicator Governor"...maybe it's just a typo, but the term is "Replication Governor"

| Sorry for not answering earlier I have been on my hols. Basically I used dumps , sybex books, CBT course study,Transcenders and Trier test exams and any other tests I could get from the net. I did not use the full blown Exam notes tests.
