| You want to use disk duplexing. What are the minimum hardware requirements for disk
duplexing?
1) 2 disks and 2 disk controllers
2) 2 disks and 1 disk controller
I seem to be getting different answers to the same question by different sources ?
Could someone set the record staight plz ?

| Hi Ando
Disk Duplexing uses 2 physical disks connected via 2 seperate disk controllers.
Disk Mirroring uses 2 physical disks connected via 1 disk controller.
You can't implement a Disk Duplexing scheme without 2 seperate hard disk controllers. (Well, as far as I've ever seen it implemented anyway )
Hope this Helps!!
