Author Retaking Exam, Easier or Harder?

2000-06-19, 10:36 pm

Has anyone out there failed a Microshaft Exam and retook the test a second time? Was it easier or harder. Did they give you the same questions as last time? Did the test focus on your weak areas from the last test?
Any advice or suggestions? Thanks

I failed the Networking Essentials exam by only 1 or 2 question. The passing score was 766 and I got something like a 740. The second time I took it I got a 900. There were only a couple of the same questions but the reason I passed was because I basically re-studied from scratch and made sure I really knew the material before going back. It doesn't feel good to fail an exam. I think I was depressed for about a week afterwards. Don't give up. Just approach it from a new angle and you'll do fine.
