Hey Stevet,

The only thing that I can think of off the top of my head, is whether or not you formated your hardrive before installation. Did you? Also, I'll keep looking to see if I can find the answer.

Did you check the Hardware Compatability List to see if all of your hardware was on it? Also, you probably already know this, but if you are installing on a bare hardrive, you have to use WINNT.EXE, because WINNT32.EXE is for upgrades.

I'll keep checking.

Hey Stevet,

The only other thing I can think of is a bad install. Either use you ERD to repair your install or re-install. Don't forget that if you opt to reinstall you should fdisk and format to make sure the bad files are completely gone before you start reinstalling.

Try unplugging and replugging your floppy drive, CD-ROM drive, and Hard drive cables. Also, check your BIOS settings. The only time that I have seen inaccessible boot device was when the floppy drive cable was not plugged in all the way. Let me know if that works.

Good luck:-)
