70-073 workstation - Transcender v's Netess

I currently have Netessentials and Transceneder exams of Workstation4. Of the 2 versions of Transcender which I have, one is very similar to Netess the other is much much harder. My question is.... am I waisting my time with the harder version of Transcender.. anyone come across this???
