| Used both, Acronis works better. | |

| I have used both and find Acronis to be the better of the two. And the fact that I can install the images made with Acronis to entirely different hardware (with Universal Restore feature) makes it my 1st choice. | |

| I prefer Acronis over Ghost for Servers. I do not use either with workstations much because I support WBT for my 450 user from 42 remote locations with my terminal server Windows NLB 6 servers all having been cloned from other hardware with Acronis and Universal Restore. | |

| I use Norton Ghost 8.3 Corporate Edition.
It is the best but it has flaws that the Acronis can complement.
But the best in Norton Ghost is you can script them or use batch commands so you minimise the use of keyboard. This is wonderful especially when you have to install to hundreds of PC. Just create many bootable floppy and boot them all with the script - no typing neccessary. | |

| Symantec has purchased Acronis.
So they will be merged into one product in 2008.
