Hi there

If there is no "server" as such, I think the way to go would be ensuring all shares are password driven on all Staff machines.

A trick (I have not tried it, but it should work) is in your hosts file on the clients machines, allocate an abitory value for the staff workgroup, make od something really silly like 1.1.1.1 for \\staff

You should also be able to use TweakUI to limit client access to the network neighbourhood.

the way I would do this is to make sure that you set up two vlans on the router.
One vlan for staff and another for clients.
Then on the router make up an access list which states that ip traffic cannot pass through the router coming from the clients to the staff but ip traffic can pass through the other way. This way staff will be able to see what is goig on with the clients
