| Every time I want to start the Microsoft shortcut (desktop) bar using office Win 2000, I get the following messages:
Preparing the desktop bar
<Process has already exited> has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.
When I rerun the Office shortcut bar program I get the same error messages. This error only appears on Administrator account profile, but not with others two accounts.

| My guess is it's a corrupt profile. Log on with another account, go to the Documents and Settings folder, delete the folder for the admin, then log back on as admin to create a fresh profile. |
