| Has anyone taken any Dell Certs? Oh my, are they a joke. If you are need of certs that is the way to go. Dell has certs for "ALL" of Dell products. I took 5 test today and passed LOL. | |

| Our campus is all Dell, so I have all of their certs. HP/Compaq and IBM certs are just as easy. I had to get their certs for my last job. | |

| Yes, you have to pay and recertify each year. There is nothing to the exams. They tell you to open a separate browser and use the online material while you answer the questions. ALL questions are straight forward and in the online study material.
Once certified, you can log in and order warranty parts directly, without having to talk to anyone. Since we have 4,000 Dells on our campus, it's a HUGE benefit for us. |
