| I run a small but growing tech support website. I am in need of some help.
Post the link in your sig. Contribute to the forum (don't blatently advertise your site) and if you seem to provide good help to others they may decide to visit your site.
Then as the gentleman says below, recruit from within, do not try and recruit directly from other fora.

| If I get the satisfaction of knowing that my technical contribution and free work on your site puts more dollars in your pocket through greater ad revenues, sign me up!
A better approach might be to tell people about joining your site, then asking YOUR OWN MEMBERS to become moderators/reviewers. | |

| I don't see how that would bring in more "clicks". I couldn't care less, this is a hobby, not my job.  |
