| That's a good company to interview with if you don't have any experience. Someone with book smarts can answer those questions. The interviewer should be asking things like. Tell me your experience with Exchange 2000. How big is the production environment that you administer?
those two questions alone will tell me if you have the knowledge to be an Exchange admin.
