| Away from idiot like comments from people who call themselves registered members without good proof returns me taking advantage of a section of Examnotes that doesn't require me to talk about exams in enabling me to bring up a peronal thing - my motor car has a problem which I suspect is suspension related.
Think it had something to do with me loading heavy debris into my car to take to a disposal site but my rear left passenger side tyre started losing pressure.
Monitored it for a week and decided this tyre needed changing. The wheel was originally a spare and the tyres including what is kept in the boot are all of the same size, something you no longer see in new cars of today.
Anyway, checked up on all tyres yesterday and found my new tyre to be down on pressure where all others hadn't lost any.
I shall be keeping an eye on this pesky tyre for developments but thought I'd check with conspiracy theorists here about what could possibly be going wrong.

R U Sure?
Have you tried rotating your tyres? (and I don't mean turning on the ignition and going for a spin.)
Do you know the History of the spare tyre? Ie. have you had the car from new or did you buy it second hand. if you have never touched the tyre before and the car is second hand could be that the previous owner swapped a dodgy tyre with his spare and never got it replaced.

You don't live anywhere near me, fortunately otherwise I'd rate you as a possible threat to my sanity, .
Ford Mondeo 1.8cc,16V, made 1995.
Have had it for the last 5 years.
Powerful little runner. Very economical on fuel.
Takes on most larger and more powerful vehicles at traffic lights.
Why would you want to know?
Do you know of any motor mechanic forums?
Or have you ever been a mechanic yourself?
Confusion Master,
you are playing with my mind again and all you have done is come up with a couple of sentences...
I have all tyres changed at least twice over the years, that's for sure. I only ever use budgets - not secondhands or re-treads as the most skint would use - and I look after the thing to the best of my ability with a careful eye on my wallet.

Just went into basic diagnostic mode. Ask questions to find out more information to help make a diagnosis. Also helps the watchers.
Search google and you will find. Here's one for free.

Tyre rotating is one piece I definitely may have to take in when I next check my tyre pressures this week.
The forum you have given me is extremely fast and I shall definitely be signing up to get my insight into a potential problem.
Sometimes, I don't know when you are serious or not serious or whether you are just trying to reach out to me in person or digging further into my personality.
On this occasion, once again, you have proven to be extremely handy.

| Sometimes you get corrosion round the wheel rims which creates an uneven surface and allows the air to escape, especially under heavy loads. |
