Author workgroup question

i use at work a workgroup .the file server has win xp pro.we have fast internet shared by a router which is also a hub.i want to add several more computers(some xp,98 and Me)to the workgroup .the new computers need internet access but without access to the file server.how do i block them from "seeing" the file server?
please help

Set the share permissions on your file server so the accounts on the other machines aren't on the ACL.

Also for workgroups, you have to create a local user account on the file server that matches the username and password as the one that is on the other machine. So if you don't create the account, they won't be able to see the shared folders anyway.
