| I am required to support an old version of a practice test sponsored by HDI (Help Desk Institute) on our network for training purposes. It was designed for Windows NT and 2000, but we are running it on XP. I am beginning to run into problems after other programs are installed and removed. I was wondering if anyone knew of any updated practice tests on the market for the HDA (Help Desk Analyst) or CSS (Customer Support Specialist)exam. It seems tha HDI no longer supports the practice test they produced a few years ago, but the certification in stll around. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! |
