Hi Guys,

Got a simple question.

What is generally the best practice when it comes to file deletion from production servers due to low disk space.

1) I know temp files in C:/win/temp
2) c:/win/tempinternetFiles

I know above 1 and 2 can be safely deleated with out any consequence on the server, correct me if im wrong.

Also assume its a Citrix metaframe server running on Win2k .

Appreciate your help.
cheers.

Citrix servers generally should not be used as file servers because Citrix takes up so much computing power.

If you use it to store files, use disk quotas.

Other than that, it's just a judgement call.

Hope that helps.
