Microsoft offers free online training with exams scattered throughout.. Here is the main page for MCDST, follow the free training link.

| Are there any free sites you know of? | |

| Often, one thing I'll do is go to the local bookstore, and in the computer section find a certification manual on the specific cert. for which I am studying. Then I just review quiz questions from the book, at the store, without buying it. In this way I usually only have to buy two study manuals, not several, and can benefit from questions in several. If you have a chance to go through the study questions in the Microsoft Press MCDST prep manuals, specifically the Readiness Review toward the back, you are probably prepared enough for the exams.
I know websites are more convenient, but I can't say I've found any with free practice exams for MCDST. | |

| For MSDST why would you need to look for more sites other than Microsoft considering the cert is relatively new.
I guess I did not make it clear. Microsoft's whole on line training course for MCDST which they used to charge money for is now free. How long it will stay free I do not know but the link that I gave will give you access to the course for 90 days or so after you enroll. There are practice questions at the end of each lesson unless it changed in the last month or so since I looked at it. My guess is that they want to get to that magic 5000 number of silver members. I was in the first 300 so I did not complete the on line class other than go enough in to evaluate it. They seem to cover the objectives from the Microsoft view. |
