I'm not kidding. This is currently posted in our local newspaper:

Network/Systems Administrator

Require 5+ years experience installing and configuring Windows Server 2003 Enterprise edition. Those without required experience will not be considered.

I wonder when the idiots in HR will figure out why no one applies for the job.

But I bet they will receive a lot of CV's from people listing just that experience.

saw a similar thing in 2000, when they were asking for people with 3 yrs experience in installing and supporting Windows 2000 Professional and Server.
